​Our comprehensive services address clients’ needs at any point along the continuum of care, from post-acute evaluation until the time that support and services are no longer required, ensuring transition to community resources as appropriate.

These programs are offered throughout West/Southwest Michigan for individuals who have sustained traumatic injuries to optimize their rehabilitation/recovery potential and functional independence.

Rehabilitation Services / Supports (Diagnoses)

• ​​Brain Injury
• Spinal Cord Injury
  • Etiology (including but not limited to): motor vehicle accidents, falls, medical/surgical injury, industrial accident, diseases/conditions that damage the spinal cord
  • Levels: cervical, thoracic, lumbar, sacral
  • Completeness: complete, incomplete
  • Comorbidities, including but not limited to: autonomic dysreflexia, postural hypotension, bowel/bladder disorders, sexual dysfunction, spasticity, contractures, sleep disorders, pressure injuries, musculoskeletal complications (scoliosis, contractures, subluxations), pulmonary issues, and chronic pain
